Samsung French door, 4-Door Flex and Family Hub fridges use dual evaporator systems and inverter compressors. We carry OEM ice maker modules, evaporator fans, control boards and water inlet valves for RF and RH series models.
Ice maker stops producing ice
Clogged water inlet valve or failed ice maker module — common on RF and RH series 4-Door Flex models with dual ice makers.
Fridge not cooling / freezer over-freezing
Dual evaporator fan failure or defrost heater fault causes one zone to lose temperature while the other over-compensates.
Water pooling under the crisper drawer
Blocked defrost drain or cracked drain pan allows meltwater to collect and refreeze beneath the vegetable bins.
Error codes 8E, 14E, 40E
Sensor, fan motor or ice room thermistor faults that trigger the display panel and lock the appliance into a protection cycle.
Family Hub touchscreen unresponsive
Display board or Wi-Fi module failure — screen freezes or goes black while cooling continues normally.
Inverter compressor clicking and cycling
Start relay capacitance loss causes rapid on/off cycling without pulling the cabinet down to set temperature.
Samsung FlexWash, AddWash and front-load washers use VRT Plus drum technology and smart-diagnosis sensors. We stock OEM door seals, control boards and drain pump assemblies for fast turnaround.
4C / 4E water supply error
Kinked inlet hose, blocked mesh filter or failed water valve prevents the drum from filling and locks the cycle.
5C / 5E drain error
Blocked debris filter or failed drain pump motor stops water from evacuating — washer halts mid-cycle with a full drum.
Door gasket leaking or mouldy
Torn or collapsed bellows seal allows water to escape onto the floor and is a common source of drum odour.
Excessive vibration and banging
Worn shock absorbers or loose counterweight bolts cause the drum to move violently during high-speed spin.
Drum not spinning (UB / UE unbalance)
Hall sensor or motor control board failure stops the drum before spin starts — often misread as a load balance error.
AddWash door won't open mid-cycle
Secondary door interlock or pressure sensor fault prevents the pause-and-add feature from unlocking safely.
Samsung DV series electric and gas dryers use moisture sensors and smart-diagnosis to optimize drying. We carry OEM heating elements, thermal fuses and drum belt assemblies for most models.
No heat — clothes still damp
Blown thermal fuse or failed heating element — often caused by a restricted exhaust vent increasing operating temperature beyond the fuse limit.
Drum not turning
Worn or snapped drive belt or failed idler pulley — motor runs but drum stays stationary and clothes sit in a hot, static drum.
HC / HE overheating error
Thermistor drift or blocked exhaust duct causes the dryer to exceed safe temperature limits and shut down mid-cycle.
Squealing or grinding drum noise
Worn drum glides or rear bearing allows metal-on-metal contact — progressively worsens and can seize the drum.
Moisture sensor not ending cycle
Coated or corroded sensor bars stop detecting dryness — dryer runs indefinitely or shuts off too early.
Door switch failure — won't start
Broken door latch microswitch prevents the control board from receiving the door-closed signal, blocking all cycle starts.
Samsung StormWash and LinearWash dishwashers use zone-wash technology and digital display diagnostics. We carry OEM wash motors, spray arm assemblies and control panels for same-day repairs.
5C / 5E drain error
Blocked sump filter or failed drain pump prevents water from clearing after the wash cycle — standing water remains in the tub.
Dishes not cleaning properly
Clogged spray arm holes or failed circulation pump reduces water pressure — upper rack items come out with residue.
LE / LC water leak error
Door gasket wear or loose hose connection triggers the flood sensor at the base, shutting the unit down.
Dishes not drying
Failed heating element or vent fan motor leaves dishes wet — condensation dry models are particularly sensitive to element failure.
Control panel unresponsive
Main PCB or touchpad membrane failure — buttons register nothing or random cycles start without input.
Loud grinding or humming noise
Debris lodged in the wash pump impeller or worn motor bearings produce mechanical noise that escalates with every cycle.
Samsung induction, electric and gas ranges use flex-zone burners and Wi-Fi diagnostics. We stock OEM ignitors, surface elements and control boards for all NE, NX and NA series models.
Gas burner won't ignite
Cracked or carbon-fouled igniter tip prevents spark generation — burner clicks continuously without lighting.
Induction burner not detecting cookware
Induction coil or power inverter board fault stops the zone from energizing — no heat even with compatible magnetic cookware.
Surface element stays on max heat
Failed infinite switch locks the element at full power regardless of dial position — a burn and fire hazard.
Control panel error C-d0 / C-F0
Touch control board communication fault — display glitches, burners become unresponsive or all zones lock out.
Cracked glass cooktop
Thermal shock or impact cracks the ceramic-glass surface — continued use risks electrical exposure and requires full replacement.
Flex Zone not dividing correctly
Bridge element relay fault prevents the large Flex Zone from splitting into two independent cooking areas as designed.
Samsung NV and NQ wall ovens and slide-in ranges feature dual-convection fans and steam-cook modes. We carry OEM bake elements, convection motors and temperature sensors for reliable first-visit fixes.
Oven not reaching set temperature
Failed bake or broil element reduces heat output — oven takes far longer to preheat or never reaches the target temperature.
Convection fan not running
Worn fan motor or broken blade causes uneven cooking — hot spots develop and baked goods come out inconsistently browned.
SE / E-0E door lock error
Door latch motor or lock switch fault leaves the oven door locked after self-clean or triggers a false lock during normal use.
Temperature sensor fault (tE error)
Open or shorted oven temperature sensor sends false readings — oven overheats, under-heats or shuts down.
Interior light not working
Burned-out bulb or failed light socket board — makes monitoring food during baking impossible.
Steam Cook function not working
Blocked steam nozzle or failed steam generator prevents moisture injection — steam-cook programs produce no benefit.

Recent Jobs
Fridge stopped cooling — food spoiling overnight
Maria called us Sunday morning after her Samsung French door fridge stopped cooling overnight. Everything in the fridge section had warmed up. We arrived the same afternoon, diagnosed a failed evaporator fan motor, and had the part on the van. Fixed in under 90 minutes. Fridge has been running perfectly since.
Washer stuck mid-cycle, drum full of water
James booked us after his Samsung FlexWash stopped mid-cycle and wouldn't drain. The door was locked with a full drum inside. We came next morning, cleared a blocked debris filter and replaced the drain pump that had seized. He was back to doing laundry before noon.
Dryer running but no heat, clothes still damp
Sandra's Samsung DV dryer was tumbling normally but producing no heat. She'd already run two loads thinking it would fix itself. We diagnosed a blown thermal fuse caused by a partially blocked exhaust vent. Replaced the fuse, cleared the vent, and showed her how to keep it clear going forward.
