Escarpment Appliance Repair didn't start with a business plan. It started with frustration — watching homeowners in Cambridge, Halton Hills and Milton get quoted hundreds of dollars for repairs that cost a fraction of that, by companies that sent whoever was available and didn't follow up.

We're a small, local team. We live in the same communities we service. When we say we'll be there Tuesday morning, we mean Tuesday morning — not a four-hour window, not a maybe. Our service area is tight by design: Cambridge, Halton Hills and Milton. That's it. Keeping it focused means we can actually commit to the kind of reliability that bigger operations can't.

Every repair we do uses OEM — original manufacturer — parts. Not aftermarket, not whatever's cheapest in stock. OEM parts are built to spec for your specific appliance, which means the repair lasts. We back that with a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If something goes wrong after we leave, we come back.

We also believe diagnostics shouldn't cost you money if you're moving forward with a repair. Our service fee is $0 when you proceed — you're not paying just to have someone show up and tell you what's wrong. That's how we'd want to be treated, so it's how we operate.

We're not the biggest appliance repair company in Ontario. We're not trying to be. We're trying to be the one you call in Cambridge when your fridge stops cooling on a Sunday, and the one you recommend to your neighbour on Monday.
