Samsung fridge in our Beaty home stopped cooling on a Saturday. Called that morning, tech came same afternoon. Evaporator fan had failed — part was on the van. Done in about an hour. Super efficient and no hidden charges. Will definitely call again.
Washer in our Dempsey home was leaking and throwing a drain error. Booked online Sunday evening, tech was here Monday morning. Door gasket was torn and the filter was blocked. Replaced the seal and cleared everything in one visit. Clean, professional, no fuss.
Older gas stove in our Old Milton home had a burner that wouldn't light. Igniter cracked. Tech came same day, replaced it and checked the other igniters while he was at it. One was also starting to go — glad he caught it. Honest and thorough.

Oven in our Willmott home wasn't reaching temperature — I'd set it to 375 and get maybe 280 after 30 minutes. Bake element had failed. Tech came same day with an OEM Electrolux part, swapped it out in under an hour. Oven has been spot-on ever since.
Maytag fridge in our Harrison home had heavy frost build-up and wasn't cooling at all. Defrost heater had failed. Tech replaced it same visit and also cleared the blocked defrost drain. Fridge back to proper temperature within a few hours. Great local service.
Dryer drum in our Scott neighbourhood home had a grinding noise every cycle for weeks. I kept putting it off. Finally called and the tech came next morning, replaced the worn drum glides and the drive belt. Completely silent now. Should have called sooner — easy repair, great price.
