Cancellation Policy

3 Business Hours Notice Required

Cancellations must be made at least 3 business hours before the scheduled appointment start time. This does not apply to same-day appointments.

Same-Day Appointments Cannot Be Cancelled

Same-day appointments are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

Live Agent Required — No Voicemails

Cancellations are only accepted when speaking with a live agent. A cancellation code will be provided to you over the phone. If you are calling after hours, do not leave a voicemail — it will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.

Late Cancellation Fee — $125 CAD + Tax

Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + applicable tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
