Bosch B series counter-depth and French door fridges use VitaFresh technology and NoFrost systems. We carry OEM compressors, evaporator fans, control boards and ice maker parts for B20, B21 and B36 series models.
Fridge not cooling
Failed evaporator fan or condenser fan motor stops airflow — fridge warms while freezer maintains temperature.
NoFrost system failure — frost build-up
Defrost heater or thermostat failure causes ice to accumulate on the evaporator coils, blocking airflow across both compartments.
Ice maker not producing ice
Clogged water inlet valve or failed ice maker module — common on B36 and B21 counter-depth models with built-in ice systems.
Water pooling in crisper drawer
Blocked defrost drain or cracked drain pan causes meltwater to collect and refreeze at the bottom of the fridge section.
Control board error codes
Display faults or sensor errors lock the appliance into a protection cycle — board diagnosis and replacement if needed.
Compressor not starting
Failed start relay or inverter board on linear compressor models prevents the unit from reaching set temperature.
Bosch 300, 500 and 800 series front-load washers use EcoSilence motor technology and ActiveWater sensing. We carry OEM door seals, drain pumps, control boards and drum bearings for WAT and WAS series models.
E18 drain error
Blocked drain pump filter or kinked drain hose prevents water from evacuating — machine halts mid-cycle.
E17 / E23 water fill error
Faulty water inlet valve or pressure sensor fault prevents the drum from filling to the correct level.
Door gasket leaking or mouldy
Torn bellows seal allows water to escape onto the floor and causes persistent drum odour on 800 series models.
Drum bearing noise
Worn rear drum bearing produces a loud grinding or rumbling noise during spin — worsens progressively if left unrepaired.
Door latch not locking
Failed door interlock prevents the cycle from starting — washer powers on but won't respond to cycle selection.
Excessive vibration during spin
Worn shock absorbers or failed suspension springs cause violent movement during high-speed spin cycles.
Bosch 300, 500 and 800 series heat pump and condensation dryers use SelfCleaning Condenser technology. We carry OEM heat pump components, drum belts, moisture sensors and control boards for WTW and WTG series models.
Heat pump not drying — clothes still damp
Failed heat pump evaporator or condenser blockage reduces drying efficiency — cycles complete but clothes remain wet.
Drum not turning
Worn or snapped drive belt or failed idler pulley — motor runs but drum stays stationary.
E5 / E11 condenser error
Blocked or failed condenser on heat pump models triggers a fault code and stops the drying cycle from completing.
Moisture sensor not ending cycle
Coated or corroded sensor bars misread dryness — dryer runs too long or cuts off before clothes are fully dry.
Squealing or grinding drum noise
Worn drum glides or rear bearing allows metal-on-metal contact — progressively worsens and can seize the drum.
Door switch failure — won't start
Broken door latch microswitch prevents the control board from receiving the door-closed signal, blocking all cycle starts.
Bosch 300, 500 and 800 series dishwashers use PureDry condensation drying and AquaStop flood protection. We carry OEM wash pumps, spray arms, door latches and control modules for SHX, SHE and SHP series models.
E15 AquaStop flood error
Water leak in the base triggers the AquaStop flood sensor — unit shuts down completely to prevent floor damage.
E24 / E25 drain error
Blocked sump filter or failed drain pump motor leaves standing water in the tub after the cycle ends.
Dishes not cleaning properly
Clogged spray arm holes or failed circulation pump reduces water pressure — upper rack items come out with residue.
PureDry not drying dishes
Failed zeolite drying system or vent fan issue on 800 series leaves dishes wet at the end of the cycle.
Control panel unresponsive
Main PCB or touchpad failure — buttons register nothing or the unit starts and stops unexpectedly.
Door latch not securing
Worn door latch or failed latch switch prevents the cycle from starting — dishwasher powers on but won't run.
Bosch 500 and 800 series induction and gas ranges use FlexInduction zones and AutoChef temperature control. We carry OEM induction coils, igniters, infinite switches and control boards for HEI, HGI and HDI series models.
Induction zone not detecting cookware
Failed induction coil or power inverter board stops the zone from energizing — no heat even with compatible magnetic cookware.
Gas burner won't ignite
Cracked or fouled igniter tip prevents spark — burner clicks continuously without lighting on HGI gas models.
FlexInduction zone not bridging
Relay fault prevents the large FlexInduction zone from combining into a single expanded cooking area.
Touch control panel error
Control board communication fault causes display errors, zone lockouts or all burners becoming unresponsive simultaneously.
Cracked glass cooktop
Thermal shock or impact fractures the ceramic-glass surface — continued use risks electrical exposure and requires full replacement.
Gas valve not opening
Faulty gas valve solenoid coil prevents gas flow to the burner even when the igniter is sparking normally.
Bosch 500 and 800 series wall ovens feature European Convection and SteamAssist technology. We carry OEM bake and broil elements, convection motors, temperature sensors and door locks for HBL and HBN series models.
Oven not reaching temperature
Failed bake or broil element reduces heat output — oven takes too long to preheat or never reaches the target temperature.
European Convection fan not running
Worn convection fan motor or broken blade causes hot spots and uneven baking — a common issue on HBL 8000 series.
Door locked after self-clean
Door latch motor or lock switch fault leaves the oven door locked after the self-clean cycle completes.
Temperature sensor fault (E1 / E2)
Open or shorted oven temperature sensor sends incorrect readings to the control board — oven overheats or underheats.
SteamAssist not working
Blocked steam nozzle or failed steam generator prevents moisture injection — steam cook programs produce no benefit.
Interior light not working
Burned-out bulb or failed light socket board — makes monitoring food during baking impossible.

Recent Jobs
E15 AquaStop error — unit completely shut down
Diane's Bosch 800 series dishwasher showed an E15 error and refused to start at all. The AquaStop sensor had detected water in the base pan from a slow door gasket leak. We drained the base, replaced the door seal and reset the flood sensor. Unit back to running quiet and clean the same afternoon.
Loud grinding noise during spin — drum bearing gone
Paul noticed his Bosch 500 series front-loader had developed a loud rumbling noise that got worse with every spin cycle. The rear drum bearing had worn through. We replaced the bearing assembly and checked the drum seal while we were in there. The machine runs as quietly as the day it was bought.
Wall oven stuck on E1 — temperature sensor failed
Anna's Bosch HBL wall oven kept throwing an E1 error and shutting off mid-bake. The oven temperature sensor had shorted, causing the control board to read incorrect temperatures and kill the cycle as a safety measure. We replaced the sensor with an OEM part and recalibrated the board. Oven holds temperature accurately again.
