Our Samsung fridge stopped cooling on a Thursday night. Booked online, they were at our Georgetown home Friday morning. Evaporator fan had failed — tech had the part on him. Fixed in about 75 minutes. Professional, fast and no surprise charges.
Dryer in my Acton home stopped producing heat. Called Monday, came Tuesday morning. Thermal fuse had blown from a blocked exhaust duct — tech replaced the fuse and cleared the duct in the same visit. Really appreciated that he explained the root cause, not just the fix.
Bosch dishwasher in our Glen Williams home showed an E15 error and wouldn't start. Water had pooled in the base from a door gasket leak. Tech came same day, drained the base, replaced the seal and reset the flood sensor. Back to running quietly within a couple of hours.
Washer was leaking and showing a drain error in our Georgetown South home. Came next morning, replaced the door gasket and cleared the blocked filter. Done before 10am. Very neat, no mess left behind, and the 90-day warranty gave me real peace of mind.
Gas stove burner wouldn't light at our Norval property. Igniter had cracked. Tech was out the same day, replaced it quickly. Only four stars because I had to wait until the afternoon slot, but the repair itself was clean, quick and fairly priced.
Oven wasn't reaching temperature — I was setting it to 400 and getting maybe 300. Bake element had failed. Tech was at my Delrex home the same day, had the OEM Whirlpool part with him, and the oven was working before dinner. Exactly what you want from a local company.
Fridge in our Stewarttown home had heavy frost build-up and wasn't cooling properly. Defrost heater had failed. Tech replaced it on the spot and also cleared the blocked drain. Fridge pulled back down to the right temperature within a few hours. Very happy with the service.
Dryer drum in our heritage home in Old Georgetown was making a terrible grinding noise every cycle. Worn drum glides. Tech showed me the old ones before replacing them — also swapped the drive belt as it was looking tired. Dryer is completely silent now. Great local service.
